What this course about?

Pankaj and Manoj were old-time friends. Pankaj was into business and Manoj was working in an organization. One fine day Manoj and Pankaj had an argument on the need to plan Vs living life without a plan.
Both had their share of arguments when Pankaj threw in the COVID-19 pandemic and said - "What is the point of planning when we cannot control. With the COVID virus, we are out of business and you are going through salary cuts. There is no need to plan, just live life as it comes along."

Manoj was not sure how to respond to that. He stepped away to get a glass of water for himself and his friend. Once Manoj had some time to think, he made the following statements:
-
While it is true that the outcome is never in our hands but it is still important for us to take the right action when we can. As fortune only favors the prepared.
-
Winners tend to have a key strength and that is anticipation and preparing for the same.
-
Our parents anticipated challenges in life and so have always guided us to save for the rainy day.
-
We have been saving and investing regularly so that we have something for the proverbial rainy day.
-
Limiting your needs (living frugal) is also a strategy for the same.
-
-
For our projects, we tend to have a plan B and at times even a plan C. But in our lives we tend to do all out and at times take huge risks.
-
This is a good reminder of how fragile our environment is and that we need to have a plan B for ourselves.
-

Is this the right time for me to begin Coaching?

If you feel like you are ready to make some important changes, the time is right for you. If you are extremely busy and cannot imagine taking on another thing, then the answer is ‘probably yes.’ The first thing you and your Coach may want to explore is what to remove from your busy schedule to make your life feel simpler, more in balance, and manageable.

During your coaching, you will be invited to look at old situations in new ways. You will be offered new concepts and different ways to approach things. If you are willing to try out new possibilities and stretch your creative side, you will get a large return for your investment. If you are a person who vigorously defends your old perspectives, you will still get much value from committing yourself to a specific course of action.
